Our Nurses can provide comprehensive travel health advice and arrange for NHS immunisations. Please request as an admin event the pre travel form via the following link https://florey.accurx.com/p/D81637 and appointment for a travel consultation at least 6-8 weeks before departure. Vaccines need time to take effect and some may require a course over several weeks.
If the form is not returned or we do not have an appointment booked within an appropriate amount of time, we may not be able to provide these vaccines.
